Purchasing & Inventory Control

Tony J. Terhaar

Purchasing Manager

Tony Terhaar handles purchasing and inventory-control activities at AbsolutAire. In this position, Tony is responsible for the buying and receiving of all product components, ensuring that all parts are ordered and available to maintain efficient production flow. He also organizes and manages manufacturing materials inventory. Tony builds and maintains relationships with a multitude of AbsolutAire suppliers, and seeks out new supply-base relationships as needed.    

Tony joined AbsolutAire in 2007 as a receiver in the shipping department. Over the years, Tony has gradually worked his way up in the company, and has since moved from the plant to the office. In transitioning from receiving to purchasing, he has gained more responsibilities, and has become more involved in the administrative and execution side of inventory control. Before joining AbsolutAire, Tony worked as a Sous Chef in various West Michigan restaurant kitchens for six years.

Tony graduated from Holland West Ottawa High School and went on to study general education classes at Grand Rapids Community College.

Moses T. Hobson III

Receiving / Inventory Manager

Moses Hobson is in charge of the Receiving Department at AbsolutAire. His primary responsibilities include receiving and checking in every package to ensure proper quantities are delivered, in addition to maintaining parts inventory levels, ensuring ample stock for upcoming jobs. Moses also works hand in hand with production employees to ensure their parts are delivered to their work stations in a timely fashion, so that they can complete their jobs on time.

Moses joined AbsolutAire in 2020 after spending six years at Western Diversified Plastics. While working there he was lead pump room operator, where he maintained the levels of material being used throughout the day for the plastic production floor. Additionally, for three out of his six years there, he was a mold technician for the plastic production floor, where his team molded car parts for Ford and General Motors.

Jack M. Budnick

Inventory Control

Jack Budnick assists Moses in the Receiving Department at AbsolutAire.  His primary responsibilities include receiving and checking in every package, maintaining parts and inventory, and working with production to ensure parts and supplies are on hand for upcoming jobs.

Jack began his career at AbsolutAire by helping in our receiving department while attending Portage Northern High School to stay busy while on summer breaks.  He rejoined AbsolutAire in 2023 after attending Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, where he undertook a Computer Science curriculum.   He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
