Charter Steel is a leading supplier of carbon and steel bar, rod, and wire products. For a steelmaking plant in Cleveland, Charter required a premium-built make-up air system that would deliver long-life performance in a harsh environment. AbsolutAire had a durable solution for delivering make-up air to specific workstations through extensive ductwork.

The AbsolutAire R460 model operates on 100% outside air and features robust construction with structural-tube framing, standing-seam exterior panels, and double-wall, two-inch insulated cabinet. An SWSI airfoil-blade fan is perfectly matched to the facility’s challenging environment and the high static pressure requirements of the additional ductwork. A service platform and ladder accommodate regular service and maintenance needs.
