Renee Williams

Customer Service Administrator

Renee Williams is the Customer Service Administrator at AbsolutAire. Her many responsibilities include providing post-shipment technical support, handling warranty claims, processing parts orders, and reporting all customer service data. Renee also schedules all field technician start-up trips, and helps coordinate AbsolutAire’s bi-weekly Service School Training Program during the spring/summer/fall months.

Renee joined AbsolutAire in 2021, starting in Administration Services. Prior to working at AbsolutAire, she worked as a Training Administrator at Mann & Hummel, and she also has operator/assembler manufacturing experience. Renee has held positions in leadership in the Customer Service field, and she has also been an Assistant Manager and Administrative Assistant with previous organizations.

Renee graduated from Kalamazoo Valley Community College in 2014 with her Associates in Business Administration, and continued her education thereafter, graduating from Western Michigan University in April 2020 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in Management.
