Jodie Mabin

Customer Service Administrator

Jodie Mabin is the Customer Service Administrator at AbsolutAire. Among many responsibilities, she provides post-shipment technical support, handles warranty claims, processes parts orders, and reports all customer service data. Jodie also schedules all field technician start-up trips, and helps coordinate AbsolutAire’s bi-weekly Service School Training Program during the spring/summer/fall months.

Jodie joined AbsolutAire in 2019. Prior to working at AbsolutAire, she worked as a Document Control Engineer at Musashi-MI for nine years as well as a lathing, milling, and assembly operator for four years. Jodie has also held positions as Administrative Assistant, Customer Service, and Para-Pro prior to joining the AbsolutAire team.

Jodie attended Ferris State University, with summer semesters at Kellogg Community College, majoring in Criminal Justice. While attending Ferris State University she was a member of Mu Gamma Chi – Honorary Choral Fraternity, the All Collegiate Choir, and the Madrigals Choir. Jodie also attended Ferrari’s Cosmetology School and graduated as a certified cosmetologist.
