Lori Klutts is the Customer Service Administrator at AbsolutAire. Among many responsibilities, she provides post-shipment technical support, handles warranty claims, processes parts orders, and reports all customer service data. Lori also schedules all field technician start-up trips, and helps coordinate AbsolutAire’s bi-weekly Service School Training Program during the summer months.
Lori joined AbsolutAire in 2012, fulfilling the role of Administrative Assistant prior to assuming her current role in 2013. Prior to that, she worked in inside sales at Terminal Supply Company for nine years. She also gained over 20 years of office experience at Graphic Packaging, Inc., working in customer service, shipping, inventory control, and logistics.
Lori graduated with honors from Delton Kellogg High School and earned an Associate in Management from Davenport University in 2000.
