Customer Service Technician

Kevin Brooks is a Factory Service Technician for AbsolutAire. In this role, Kevin has primary responsibility for the company’s field-service operations, including customer on-site equipment start-ups, factory technical support and service, and equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.

Kevin has more than 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He has served in all capacities from management and sales to installation and service. Kevin joined the staff of AbsolutAire in early 2008, assuming his current position.

Kevin’s professional education in heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems began with the U.S. Air Force and has continued throughout his career. He has received specialized training from numerous major HVAC equipment manufacturers, including Carrier, Trane, and York. Other specific training included CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons), VAV (variable air volume) systems, and VVT (variable volume and temperature) systems.
