Kenneth L Brinks
Ken Brinks is the Customer Service Manager at AbsolutAire. In this role, he is responsible for the activities of the team of customer service and field service technicians who provide all of AbsolutAire’s after-sale support. Ken also plays a leading role in investigation and resolution of warranty claims.
Ken joined AbsolutAire in 2015 with over 27 years’ experience in HVAC Manufacturing Operations and Sales Management. Most recently, Ken held the position of Director of North American Sales at Roberts Gordon in Buffalo, NY. Prior to their purchase by Roberts Gordon, Ken served as Operations Manager and General Manager at Bananza Air Management Systems in Kentwood, MI, and held Purchasing and Inventory positions at Rapid Engineering, Inc.
As a graduate of Davenport University in Grand Rapids, MI, Ken holds a BA in Business Administration, and an AS in Physical Distribution Management. He has also held several leadership roles with his local church and school board, and is a licensed private pilot.
