Jack Budnick is President and CEO of AbsolutAire, Inc. Jack is responsible for overseeing all company functions and is Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors.

Jack began his HVAC career in 1972 as an Accountant with Rapid Engineering, Inc., in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He became President and COO of the company. Jack left Rapid in 1991 to form AbsolutAire with Robert Jauch Sr. and other investors.

Jack holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Marketing from Aquinas College. He has also earned Master’s Degree credits from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. Over the years, Jack has participated in various professional development activities, including specialized training in business management, benefits administration, and direct-fired industry standards.

Jack has served on various committees for both ASHRAE and GAMA, and has been an ASHRAE member since 1999.

Jennie Negri is the Human Resources Manager at AbsolutAire.  She leads and directs the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring, payroll, benefits, employee leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Jennie joined AbsolutAire in 2007 as the Accounting Assistant.  After spending four years developing that position, she moved on to Administrative Assistant.  In 2011 she took over payroll, receivables, production administration, and production human resources.  Jennie accepted her current position in September 2020.  Prior to joining AbsolutAire, Jennie worked in Accounts Receivables for a local electrical distributor.

Jennie graduated from Delton Kellogg High School in Delton, MI, where she earned numerous math and science awards.  She has also received specialized training in Orthodontics.  Jennie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three boys.

Dana Harrison in the Traffic Manager at AbsolutAire.  In this role, she works closely with production, sales, and outside customers, sales representatives, and freight brokers to coordinate and schedule the delivery of all AbsolutAire equipment.  Dana also supports AbsolutAire’s administrative department with various miscellaneous duties.

Dana began her employment at AbsolutAire in March 2014.  Prior to joining AbsolutAire, Dana was employed for several years as a cake department manager with a local bakery.  

Laci Groat is responsible for reception and various administrative duties at AbsolutAire. She is charged with maintaining and organizing literature and office supply inventory levels, assisting in sales representative fulfillment requests, and coordinating special activity requirements. Laci also maintains all orders on “approval status,” answers and routes incoming calls, handles visitor reception, and assists with order acknowledgements.

She joined AbsolutAire in September 2022. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a veterinary assistant.  Laci graduated from Galesburg High School in Galesburg, MI.
